  1. This Contest is being organized by Detoxie (Pristle Products Private Limited).
  2. The participants are required to share their posts/answers and complete all steps of the Contest posted on Instagram, between 04th May 2024 to 12th May 2024
  3. Comments on any other post will not be considered.
  4. It is mandatory to use hashtag #Detoxie in all your comments. It is also mandatory to follow @detoxie.life on Instagram and tag minimum 5 friends as per the contest guidelines posted on our Instagram Handle and try convincing them for a follow too.
  5. Contest Duration: upto 12th May 2024
  6. The winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Detoxie (Pristle Products Private Limited).
  7. Winners will need to share their details within 24 hours of the name being announced along with a picture/scanned copy of a valid photo ID proof.
  8. Contestants have agreed and have consented to put up their comments on Facebook/Instagram. Detoxie (Pristle Products Private Limited) shall not be responsible or liable for any comments/remarks put on the site by the public.
  9. Detoxie (Pristle Products Private Limited) can disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
  10. Disqualification will be at Detoxie’s (Pristle Products Private Limited) discretion.
  11. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Faridabad courts.
  12. The winner will be chosen only from India.
  13. Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark, without the permission of the author or the owner, defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful or unfit according to Detoxie (Pristle Products Private Limited) will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.
  14. Detoxie (Pristle Products Private Limited) reserves the right to modify or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the contest.
  15. The decisions of the organizer for all matters relating to the contest shall be final and binding in all respects. This contest is not associated with facebook.com or www.instagram.com.
